Celeste joined The Biondo Group in 2004 after ten years of providing consulting services to small business groups for Vassar Brothers Medical Center/Health Quest Systems in Poughkeepsie, NY. Celeste holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Empire State College, State University of NY. She is responsible for office operations, human resources, communications, event coordination and finances. Celeste serves on the Board of Directors for the Pike County United Way and the Black Bear Film Festival. She lives in Milford, PA with her husband, Chuck. The couple has four young-adult children: Ben, Chuck, Beth and Sarah. Celeste loves hiking, reading and independent films.
