Father/Son Investment Team Back Together

Milford, PA, November 25, 2004 – The Biondo Group is pleased to announce that Joseph P. Biondo has joined the company as Managing Director. Previously, he had been with Smith Barney where he worked directly with his father, Joseph R. “Joe” Biondo, prior to the senior Biondo leaving to start The Biondo Group.

In his role as managing director, Joseph will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He also will work closely with Joe Biondo on portfolio management.

Joseph began is career in 1997 with Prudential Securities in Newport Beach, CA. After successfully establishing his own practice, he joined Smith Barney in 1999, forming The Biondo Group with his father. Joseph is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, where he earned degrees in Entrepreneurial Management, Finance and Marketing.
