Beyond the primary objective of capital appreciation, the portfolio managers seek to outperform the Russell 3000 Growth Index over a market cycle.

The All Cap Growth Strategy pursues a stock-selection discipline that seeks to identify companies over the entire capitalization spectrum with outstanding growth potential.  Little consideration is given to overall market performance and economic conditions, though these are not ignored.  The portfolio managers typically select their most aggressive investments from small and mid-sized niche companies with specialized qualities such as patents, disposable products, recurring revenue streams and a substantial commitment to research and development. The All Cap Growth Portfolio will hold less than forty securities and no one security will represent more than five percent of the portfolio at cost.
